"This is by far one of the most exciting projects we've had the privilege to develop," says JPI regional vice president and managing partner Brett Denton. "It represents some of the best quality and lifestyle amenities in the multifamily housing market, and we're very excited to be the ones bringing this type of lifestyle community to the Twin Cities."

Plans for the luxury community include an 8,000 square-foot clubhouse with a movie theatre. It also will have a commercial-quality exercise facility, business center and pub room.

JPI is developing multifamily projects in more than 20 states. It manages and leases 22,000 units nationwide.
