"We are very happy to move to bwtech@UMBC," Latitude360 President David Yager attests in a press release. "The proximity will enhance our interaction with the UMBC community. Our customers, people and the University will benefit from this relationship." Upon completion the research park, which is conveniently located in the Baltimore-Washington high-tech corridor, will offer 350,000 sf of space among five structures. ATL alone has settled into 40,000 sf of space. Financial details of the relocation are not readily available.
