"After careful analysis of all available space options in the area," Newmark's Larry Bank explains in a statement on the deal, "Laurel Consulting determined that renewing its lease at 1815 North Fort Myer Dr. was the best choice to insure the uninterrupted delivery of their services." Known as the Ward Building, the 11-floor structure offers a total of 91,809 sf Class A office and retail space. Other tenants include the Public Risk Management Association, the National Aeronautic Association, the Center for International Research and Allstate Insurance Company. Ward Development Company owns the building and Westfield Realty, Inc. serves as the property manager.
