With offices on the third floor, SAIC occupies nearly half of the 105,763-sf structure. Financial details of the renewal contract have not been released, but SAIC has long been a tenant in the building. PW/MS Management Co., Inc.--a joint venture of PaineWebber and Morgan Stanley- is the building landlord and relied on Transwestern Commercial Services as its representation in the deal. The Staubach Co. represented SAIC.
