SAIC Stays Put in 270 Corporate Park

GERMANTOWN, MD-Employee-owned research and engineering firm Science Applications International Corp. has renewed the lease on its 51,137-sf space in one of 270 Corporate Park’s Class A office buildings.Located off Interstate 270 and Route 118, the building at 20201 Century Blvd. is leased to capacity.

With offices on the third floor, SAIC occupies nearly half of the 105,763-sf structure. Financial details of the renewal contract have not been released, but SAIC has long been a tenant in the building. PW/MS Management Co., Inc.–a joint venture of PaineWebber and Morgan Stanley- is the building landlord and relied on Transwestern Commercial Services as its representation in the deal. The Staubach Co. represented SAIC.
