Eligible sites are identified as environmentally contaminated properties that the state, as an owner or operator, is liable to remediate. Unexpended funds are previously allocated dollars saved from earlier state-liable site cleanups achieved under projected costs.

The board consists of the directors of the Michigan Environmental Quality and Management and Budget departments, and the president and chief executive officer of the Michigan Economic Development Corp.

The meeting will be held in the Lake Ontario Room of the library, on the third floor, at 717 W. Allegan St.
