Roy Scruggs of CarrAmerica Realty Corp.'s Austin office represented the building owner, CarrAmerica Realty LP. Mike Wiley of Stanberry & Associates negotiated the lease for Oasis Silicon. Scruggs still has another 100,000 sf to fill to bring the Setting to full occupancy. Cofiniti Inc., which develops and sells software for financial applications, is in the third building. CarrAmerica leases the Setting and Braker Pointe III.

Oasis Silicon Systems moved from 1101 S. Capital of Texas Highway. The company, based in Germany, designs and makes mixed-signal microprocessors and software for high-speed fiber-optic networking of entertainment, multimedia and data services. These products include electrical-to-optical-converters, network transceivers, highly integrated system-on-a-chip processors and modular subsystems. Oasis also provides development tools and software to implement these systems.
