This latest arrangement is the seventh lease JBGR has arranged with Starbucks in the Washington area over the last year. Located across the street from the District's National Zoo, the latest locale is scheduled to open within the first few months of the New Year. "This is a great location for a retailer like Starbucks because, up to this point, residents of the Woodley Park neighborhood didn't have a coffee shop to call their own," JBGR Principal Rob Rosenfeld explains in a statement. "Add in the foot traffic from visitors to the zoo, and this Starbucks location is poised to succeed."
