The 90,000-sf building stands at 28340 Avenue Crocker. It is occupied by Aldik Artificial Flowers Inc., a unit of NY-based investment conglomerate Fenway Partners.

The seller is Earle Properties, a private real estate concern managed by Mark Rackow. The buyer is Crocker Investors LLC, a private group headed by Howard Rosen and Ralph Jackson.

Jackson is the founder of Ralph Jackson Associates, a Beverly Hills-based marketing, public relations and advertising firm perhaps best known for representing some of the region's leading real estate companies.

Ralph Jackson's son, Chris, is one of three Grubb & Ellis brokers who represented both parties in the transaction. The other two brokers are James Linn and Nigel Stout.
