Based on the building's published gross lease rate of $23 per sf, the deal could be worth nearly $600,000 a year.

Equis Corp. senior vice president Gregg Raus and associate Spencer Sullivan represented Computer Strategy Coordinators while Cornerstone Suburban Office LP, the owner of the 240,880-sf building, was represented by Steve Kling of Grubb & Ellis.

Closer to O'Hare International Airport, Precision Research renewed its lease on 5,850 sf on a short-term basis at 10600 W. Higgins Rd. Equis Corp. vice president Matthew Alexander and Sullivan represented Precision Research, a marketing research and data collection firm.

Alexander and Jeffrey Miller also represented Stewart Title in a 4,000-sf lease renewal at 1515 Woodfield Rd. in Schaumburg. Manufacturers Life, owner of the 204,8885-sf building, was self-represented in the deal.
