The building is fully pre-leased with tenants such as Bev-Cor, Pinnacle Engineering and RightCHOICE Managed Care, Inc., according to United Properties, the Bloomington-based commercial real estate firm. The project was asking $14 per sf for rent, higher than the average asking rate of $12 per sf for class A office space, according to United.

The project is the only significant one under construction in the northwest suburbs, which ended the year with a vacancy rate of 14.2%, according to United Properties.
