Extended Stay Opens First New Hampshire Property

NASHUA, NH-The hotel chain enters the market here with its first hotel in the state hotel at 2000 Southwood Dr. An official with the company tells GlobeSt.com that local demand for extended-stay hotels here is strong.

NASHUA, NH-Extended Stay America Inc. enters the local market with an Efficiency Studios hotel here at 2000 Southwood Dr. The 101-room, three-story hotel is the company’s first in the state.

According to Allison Hall, corporate communications manager for the company, Extended Stay saw a need for its type of facility in this area. “We like to open hotels in growing areas, where there is a lot of business,” she tells GlobeSt.com. Hall notes that extended-stay hotels cater to the business traveler as well as to people who are relocating, building houses or visiting relatives for longer periods.
