GSA Takes 23,000 SF in Boston Properties Building

SPRINGFIELD, VA-The General Services Administration has signed on to lease 23,186 sf of space at the Boston Properties-owned Fullerton Square. Atlanta-Georgia’s Advantis Real Estate Services Company secured the leasing arrangement through its Tysons Corner, VA office, but has not released details of the value or term of the agreement.

The business park, which sits on a 14.6-acre site, offers 180,000 sf of flex space between two buildings. “This deal,” Boston Properties’ Lori Sutherland says in a statement, “increases the space leased by Advantis on behalf of Boston Properties in the Springfield/Newington market to 132,000 sf.” In the Washington Metro area, Boston Properties owns about 9.5 million sf of developed office space. In addition to its Atlanta headquarters, Advantis–which is the commercial real estate services arm of Jacksonville, FL-based The St. Joe Company–has offices in Florida, Virginia and North Carolina.
