BEDGORD, NH-Merchants Realty Trust acquired 2 Commerce Park Drive here from 2 Commerce Park Drive Association for $3.5 million. The 47,655-sf building is located on Route 3, near Route 293, and sits on over three acres of land.

The two-story building anchors the Commerce Park West complex here and was nearly completely vacant when 2 Commerce Park Drive Association acquired the building. The building is currently fully leased and its tenants include the Taylor Group, Royal/Sun America and Chickering Insurance. In a released statement, Tom Farrelly, senior director with Cushman & Wakefield, says that the new airport access road being installed near the Commerce Park West development fueled a lot of interest by potential investors.
