BURLINGTON, MA-InterGen is subleasing 65,522 sf of space from Nokia at 15 Wayside Rd. InterGen, a power generation firm, is relocating from Boston and will use the space as its corporate headquarters.

One of the largest office lease in Burlington this year, the space is located in a 135,000-sf building that Nokia leased in anticipation of its growth but after the economy slump decided to sublet. Mark Roth, a senior director at Cushman & Wakefield, tells GlobeSt.com the cell phone company will probably keep some space in the building. Nokia already leases and occupies a 135,000-sf building at 5 Wayside Road.
