Both the seller and the buyer are based in the Miami area. Douglas R. Baetz and Glenn M. Gallant are shareholders in Century Group. Steven Slootsky is president of Slootsky Holdings.
Oakland Park is located north of Fort Lauderdale, 30 miles north of Downtown Miami.
