The portfolio is owned by Greenacres Trust and consists of three apartment buildings containing 113 units. The portfolio has been financed with Citibank.
The loan closed in December and is expected to push Venture West Funding's volume over $630 million, says Hal Rose, president of Venture West. He adds that with the momentum established last year, his company has set a target of $750 million for its 2002 loan volume.
