The other three facilities will be marketed by Minneapolis-based Colliers Towle.

Eden Prairie, MN-based ADC is selling its 490,000-sf manufacturing facility that sits on a 106-acre site at 6021 Broadband Blvd. The shell building and surrounding land could be converted into a campus-like setting, with the interior able to be finished off tothe specifications of the new owner, according to Colliers Towle officials.

ADC is subleasing its space at a 120,000-sf office-distribution warehouse at 1087 Park Place. ADC has 100% of the space, which is now vacant, as well as subleasing a 106,000-sf facility at 5301 12th Ave. East in the Valley Oaks Business Center.

Colliers Towle has assigned the task of marketing the three properties to Raymond Reese, a senior vice president who has worked with ADC on commercial real estate deals for more than two decades; Jeff Patterson, director of corporate real estate services;and Chris Pendroy, a sales and leasing associate to the ADC deal.

Colliers Towle will use its global network – Colliers International -- to market the three properties.
