A 30,411-sf pre-lease with Convera Corp. was signed recently for the property at 1808 Aston Court, and tenant improvements will begin shortly. Smith Consulting Architects served as the architect for the $3.9 million project. Lusardi Construction Co. was the general contractor.
Aston Views LLC is the project developer, with Mark McLaren, Bill Shirley and John Tworoger as the managing partners. Property management is being handled by Brenda Tworoger of Spectrum Property Management.
Pete Bussett served as the principal-in-charge for Smith Consulting Architects, with Jon Ohlson as project architect and Grant Evans as job captain.
