Acme Packet Opens Regional Sales Office

WOBURN, MA-Acme Packet leases 20,400 sf here at 130 New Boston St. in a 55,000-sf building owned and managed by Quincy-based The Grossman Cos. Inc. The company, which produces data network routers, will use the space as its regional sales office.

WOBURN, MA-Acme Packet, a producer of data network routers, has leased 20,400 sf here at 130 New Boston St. The building is owned and managed by Quincy-based The Grossman Cos. Inc.

The mixed-use office and retail building, which was developed in 1985, is located near Routes 93 and 95 and totals 55,000 sf. According to Richard McKinnon, director of brokerage services for The Grossman Companies, the lease is for direct space. Acme Packet, which has its headquarters in Woburn, will use the space as its regional sales office.
