The eight-storey office building, in the heart of the city's central business district, is fully let to tenants including Cornhill Insurance and The Scottish Ministers.

Nigel Brown, Senior Executive Director at St Martins, said: 'Following recent investment acquisitions in Leeds and Darlington, the company has acquired this office investment in a prime location in Glasgow to complement its existing Scottish holdings. We view the acquisition as a long term hold offering scope for enhancement in the medium term.'
