The property is located at the corner of Tesla Way and Irvine Center Drive in Irvine Spectrum V. The project is slated to break ground in spring 2002. Completion is scheduled for winter of the same year. The company will be relocating from Irvine Spectrum III.

The Newport Beach office of Grubb & Ellis represented both the seller and the buyer in the transaction.
