A Web design firm has signed a lease for 9,536 sf in the Mira Mesa area with Westcore Industrial Properties, a former private partner of The Shidler Group that spun off into its own private company last year. Z57.com signed a five-year lease for office space at 8445 Camino Santa Fe in the Miramar West Business Park. The deal is valued at $682,000. Both sides represented themselves in the deal.

In the second lease, Curtis Moring Insurance Agency has renewed a three-year lease for 1,553 sf at 591 Camino de la Reina, Suite 610, in the Mission Valley Financial Center with the Shidler Group. The deal is valued at $114,000.

The Shidler Group was represented by Francesca Busalacchi of Meissner Jacquet Investment Management Services. Curtis Moring Insurance Agency represented itself.

In the third deal, the Shidler Group signed a deal with NexVerse Networks Inc., a company that provides networking platforms, for a five-year lease for 2,261 sf of office space at 6480 Weathers Place, Suite 101, in Courtyard I. Value of the deal was $110,000.

The Shidler Group was represented by Brigham Black, its director of leasing. NexVerse Networks also represented itself.
