In October 2000, the comprehensive refurbishment of Milton House was completed, providing 80,000 sf of high quality space over nine floors. In addition to William Hill, the building is occupied on 15-year leases by rail operator Midland Mainline and serviced office provider Executive Communication Centres, leaving just one floor remaining to be let.

The regeneration was supported with finance from Yorkshire Forward. Joint letting agents for Milton House are Campbell & Co and Knight Frank.

DevSec director of investments Matthew Weiner commented: 'Letting 70,000 sf to high quality tenants in just 15 months not only endorses the strength of the Sheffield office market, but also our commitment and success with urban regeneration projects. Our active management style is consistently benefiting the Development Securities investment portfolio.'
