'The constraints of the existing building created a number of challenges but these have been substantially overcome and the design provides for greatly improved office space suitable for the 21st Century,' said Henry Parkinson, Building and Development Services Director at Chesterton in Bristol, which is advising Chase de Vere. 'The next stage of the process, now the agreement for lease has been signed, is to ensure the design proposals are turned into reality.'
The work should be completed by early autumn next year and the new offices will house more than 350 staff. Rent is undisclosed.
