LONDON-Chase de Vere Investments’ new 38,000-sf Quay House offices in Bath, Somerset, will bring together its staff from several offices in the area and provide additional space to accommodate the financial services group’s rapid growth. The building is to undergo refurbishment with a new entrance hall and decor, air conditioning, windows and roofing.

‘The constraints of the existing building created a number of challenges but these have been substantially overcome and the design provides for greatly improved office space suitable for the 21st Century,’ said Henry Parkinson, Building and Development Services Director at Chesterton in Bristol, which is advising Chase de Vere. ‘The next stage of the process, now the agreement for lease has been signed, is to ensure the design proposals are turned into reality.’
