The land is located at 1754 Perry St. at the intersection of Pontiac Road.

All offers must be enclosed in a sealed envelope and received by the Oakland County purchasing division of the department of management and budget before to 2 p.m. on Jan. 28.

County officials say late offers will not be considered and will be returned unopened. Each offer must include a cashier's check for at least 10% of the offer.

The successful bidder will execute a formal purchase agreement prepared by the county. The property shall be sold as-is. The county can reject any and all offers.
