Lefemine, a managing broker, has 21 years of real estate experience in residential and commercial sales. He is a commissioner on the Johnson City Regional Planning Commission and a director on the Community Development Advisory Board.
Lefemine is a member of the national, Tennessee and Northeast Tennessee Association of Realtors. He is a former president of the Johnson City Association of Realtors and was awarded Realtor of the Year by the association in 1986. He also served as past vice president of the Johnson City Area Home Builders Association in 2000.
Crye-Leike Commercial's three regional divisions completed more than $87.2 million in property sales and lease volume in 2000. The 18-year-old company has 58 commercial brokers and affiliate brokers. Crye-Leike has other offices in Memphis, Nashville and Chattanooga.
