The company, in a direct lease, has taken 17,584 sf that was part of 81,000 sf that SBC Communications Inc. vacated in 2001. SBC, the San Antonio-based telecommunications company, had operated a call center at Corporate Square Tower, 4801 NW Loop 410, since 1993. Last summer, a decision was made not to renew.
Jon Silberman and Cathleen Morgan. both of the Houston office of NAI Partners Commercial, represented LTD. Elize Pruske and Krista Upham, both of the San Antonio office of Chicago-based Transwestern Commercial Services, negotiated for the building owner, Koll Bren Fund VI.
