Houston Firm Brings Call Center to San Antonio

SAN ANTONIO-LTD Financial Services takes 17,584 sf of 81,000 sf vacated by SBC Communications. The 193,148-sf Corporate Square Tower office will house the firm's first location outside its homeport.

SAN ANTONIO-A Houston collection company expands its operations to San Antonio, where it has established a call center in Corporate Square Tower, a 193,148-sf building in the city’s northwest submarket. The San Antonio office is LTD Financial Services’ first outside of Houston.

The company, in a direct lease, has taken 17,584 sf that was part of 81,000 sf that SBC Communications Inc. vacated in 2001. SBC, the San Antonio-based telecommunications company, had operated a call center at Corporate Square Tower, 4801 NW Loop 410, since 1993. Last summer, a decision was made not to renew.
