Another Welsh broker, Terese Reiling, a senior associate, was also nominated for the award by the shopping center association.

Each year the Minnesota Shopping Center Association, a non-profit retail real estate trade group representing more than 228 companies and 500 members, selects a retail broker of the year based on their contributions to the industry and community.

Welsh is a commercial real estate firm with a headquarters office in Eden Prairie, MN, and regional offices in Minneapolis, St. Paul, MN, and Columbus, OH.
