Johannson Is 2001 Retail Broker of the Year

MINNEAPOLIS-Welsh Cos. vice president John Johannson has won the Minnesota Shopping Center Association's retail broker of the year award two out of last three years. Competition comes from Welsh Cos. associate Terese Reiling.

MINNEAPOLIS-The Minnesota Shopping Center Association recently selected John Johannson of the Welsh Cos. as its retail broker of the year for 2001. Johannson, a vice president of retail leasing and brokerage and a 14-year industry veteran, also won the award in 1999.

Another Welsh broker, Terese Reiling, a senior associate, was also nominated for the award by the shopping center association.
