The buyer, Stockton-based E.J. Williams Construction Co., has paid more than $10 million for the property. Located at 4738 Grouse Run Dr., the complex stands on a 6-acre parcel. Built in 1978, the property is known as Grouse Run apartments. It contains 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom units that encompass an average of 777 sf.
