Software Company Stays Put at Alamo Title Building

AUSTIN-The five-story Alamo Title building in the northwest submarket keeps its 100% occupancy in a renewal decision by Eureka E-Solutions. The firm occupies 9,500 sf in the structure, one of three in the Balcones Office Park.

AUSTIN-Eureka E-Solutions Inc., an Austin software company has decided that status quo is good and renewed its lease for 9,500 sf at 3305 Northland Dr.

Greg Johnston of the Austin office of Colliers Oxford Commercial represented Eureka E-Solutions and Jim Moritz of Moritz Properties bargained for building owner, Balcones Associates Ltd.

The 59,419-sf Alamo Title building is one of three in the Balcones Office Park at MoPac Expressway and Northland Drive in the south end of Austin’s northwest submarket. Together, the buildings have 191,764 sf. The five-story Alamo Title building, built in 1979, is nearly 100% leased.
