Voit Development Busy with More than 500,000 SF

WOODLAND HILLS, CA-The three current projects include the development of a new constituent service center for the City of Los Angeles, a build-to-suit of a new corporate campus for a publicly held firm, and the renovation of a large industrial facility.

WOODLAND HILLS, CA-The San Fernando Valley office of the Voit Development Co. has announced three projects in the Los Angeles Area totaling 572,000 sf. An additional 500,000 sf of work is likely to be assigned to the firm within the next two months, according to Tim Regan, vp, development and acquisitions, Woodland Hills.

The three current projects include the development of a new constituent service center for the City of Los Angeles, a build-to-suit of a new corporate campus for a publicly held firm, and the renovation of a large industrial facility.

Voit is nearing completion on the first phase of a new corporate campus build-to-suit for Semtech Corporation. The 85,000-sf headquarters, which will be complete in the first quarter of 2002, is part of the firm’s new 220,000-sf corporate campus in Camarillo, Calif. Two additional buildings will be developed during subsequent phases, accounting for approximately 150,000 additional sf, Regan notes.
