Wyndham Lands Telluride Management Deal

TELLURIDE, CO-The Dallas-based firm will manage 35 cabins and condominiums to be built by See Forever Ventures LLC, adding to its presence here that includes managing 300 hotel rooms and 23 other cabins and condos.

TELLURIDE, CO-Dallas-based Wyndham International, Inc. will manage an additional 35 ultra-luxury cabins and condominiums to be built by See Forever Ventures LLC at the Cabins & Penthouses at the Peaks, a Wyndham luxury resort in this tony ski resort. Construction of the cabins and condos will begin in the spring and will be complete within 18 months.

“Telluride is moving to a seven-day-a-week stay destination market,” says Fred J. Kleisner, chairman and chief executive officer for Wyndham. “Along with our partners, Wyndham has created one of the most comprehensive hotel products in Colorado: upscale to ultra-luxury accommodations.”

Wyndham’s Telluride presence currently includes the 23-unit Cabins & Penthouses at the Peaks, the 174-room Wyndham Peaks Resort & Golden Door Spa and the 128-room Wyndham Mountain Lodge.
