The largest architecture firm on the Eastside, is moving its Seattle office staff to its new headquarters at One Twelfth @ Twelfth office campus Downtown.
"It's a positive step forward for the future growth and success of our firm, and our clients," says Mitch Smith, MulvannyG2 president. "By having all our Puget Sound employees under one roof, it will enable us to build stronger, more unified and more efficient commercial, retail, and interiors teams."
In all, 27 staff members of the firm's Seattle-Lake Union office will make the short move across Lake Washington in mid-January.
Several factors contributed to the firm's decision to make this move. Unlike MulvannyG2's previous headquarters at the Mountain Pacific Building in Bellevue, the firm's new headquarters at the One Twelfth @ Twelfth campus has additional expansion space.
The economics of having one Puget Sound location also played a role in this move, Smith says.
The 480,000-sf One Twelfth @ Twelfth office campus, designed by MulvannyG2, has three six-story buildings and opened in April 2001. MulvannyG2 occupies the top three floors of the campuses' west building.
