The 25,000-sf building, developed by the Austin-based Scheffe Group, recently opened. Tenants are Ultra Oil & Gas, Cadence Wealth Management and Valor Capital Asset Management. More tenants–a dentistry practice, law firm and corporate travel agency– are set to move in by the end of the month. Office sizes range from 720 sf to 10,000 sf.
Situated on the Bohl's Ranch development in Bee Cave, the Juniper Ridge building joins El Arroyo restaurant, World Gym, Coachworks Car Wash and Primrose School on the site. Other developments in the Bee Cave permitting process include an office building, a steakhouse restaurant and a 500-seat music hall. The Scheffe Group's Keller Williams is marketing the building. CIP/Property Management, headed by Ken Wheeler, is affiliated with NAI/Commercial Industrial Properties Co.
