Bee Cave Developer Signs Office Condo Leasing Team

AUSTIN-CIP/Property Management Services is tasked with finishing up leasing for the first phase of an office condo project in Bee Cave. Austin's Scheffe Group has unlocked the doors with three tenants and more on the way.

AUSTIN-Juniper Ridge Condominium Community Inc. has named CIP/Property Management Services Inc. to manage the first phase of its office condo project at 3821 Juniper Trace in Bee Cave.

The 25,000-sf building, developed by the Austin-based Scheffe Group, recently opened. Tenants are Ultra Oil & Gas, Cadence Wealth Management and Valor Capital Asset Management. More tenants–a dentistry practice, law firm and corporate travel agency– are set to move in by the end of the month. Office sizes range from 720 sf to 10,000 sf.
