The Class A office building is expandable by 80,000 sf and is located near Routes 93 and 293. It currently has 28,000 sf of vacant space. In a released statement Thomas Farrelly, senior director of Cushman & Wakefield's brokerage service group in New Hampshire, says, "The drivers for this acquisition by GFI are the same factors corporate tenants seek --corporate image, location, expansion capabilities and ample parking."

Farrelly, Denis Dancoes and Eric Jackson of Cushman & Wakefield's Manchester, New Hampshire office represented the seller and procured the buyer in this transaction. This is the third Bedford office building the Cushman & Wakefield New Hampshire brokerage team has sold in the last four months totaling in excess of $9.5 million in property sale transaction value.
