GFI Investments Acquires Former IBM Headquarters

BEDFORD, NH-Boston-based GFI Investments purchased a 65,400-sf building here on 43 Constitution Drive for $3.9 million from Unum Provident. The building is the former New Hampshire headquarters of IBM and its current tenants are Autodesk and Allstate.

The Class A office building is expandable by 80,000 sf and is located near Routes 93 and 293. It currently has 28,000 sf of vacant space. In a released statement Thomas Farrelly, senior director of Cushman & Wakefield’s brokerage service group in New Hampshire, says, “The drivers for this acquisition by GFI are the same factors corporate tenants seek –corporate image, location, expansion capabilities and ample parking.”
