Sax Realty Hunts for New Space for Logan's Roadhouse Restaurants

BETHESDA, MD-Sax Realty–formerly known as Uniwest Realty Inc.–has been tapped by Nashville, TN’s Logan’s Roadhouse to scout out spaces for the restaurant chain’s expansion in the Baltimore and Washington, DC areas. Logan’s presence in the Mid-Atlantic region extends to its four restaurants in Northern Virginia.

“They don’t really have a set number of new restaurants that they plan to open in the area,” Sax Realty Real Estate Broker Dennis Bodley tells GlobeSt.com. “They’re just looking for sites that they like; sites that complement they’re existing locations.” There are about 90 Logan’s Roadhouse locations throughout the Southwest and southern Midwest regions.
