Fidelity Offers Transaction Management System

SANTA BARBARA, CA-Fidelity National Information Solutions (FNIS), a real estate-related transaction management and technology solutions company, has released two broker-agent productivity offerings, AgentOffice and TransactionPoint.

SANTA BARBARA, CA-Fidelity National Information Solutions (FNIS has released two broker-agent productivity offerings, AgentOffice and TransactionPoint.

Both products were released in conjunction with the signing of a three-year outsourcing agreement with Prudential California Realty, the nation’s fifth largest real estate brokerage firm. Under the terms of the agreement, FNIS will provide Prudential California Realty and its more than 3,000 sales associates in 72 offices with a complete line of technology and business solutions.

AgentOffice is a secure Internet application that is scalable to both large and small operations. Fully integrated with TransactionPoint, the AgentOffice suite facilitates leads, contact information and manages listing inventory. Coupled with ListingView, FNIS’ IDX-compliant listing aggregationservice, AgentOffice provides around-the-clock electronic delivery of MLS data, as directed by brokers and sales associates, to their consumers and prospective clients. Designed to increase per transaction profitability, TransactionPoint is a transaction management platform that enables both brokers and sales associates to better manage workflow, while increasing the real estate professional’s ability to create customers for life.
