Among the grants were:
* $750,000 to the Housing Fund of Minneapolis and St. Paul to help fund a supportive housing capital campaign for families with children through 2004, a project that will help create 100 new housing units and help stabilize 100 existing housing units in the EastMetro area.
* $600,000 to the St. Paul Riverfront Corp. to help fund ongoing operating expenses through 2004.
* $225,000 to the Riverview Economic Development Association/Neighborhood Development Alliance to help finance residential and commercial redevelopment activities on the West Side of Saint Paul as part of the District del Sol redevelopment plan.
