Exel Inc. has inked a seven-year agreement valued at $2.1 million. The newly leased building, which is located at 5505 E. Concours St., will be used as a distribution facility for Coors Brewing Co.
John Thys of Colliers Seeley's Diamond Bar office spoke on behalf of Excel Inc. MDC was represented by Michael Chavez and Bill Heim of Lee & Associates' Ontario office.
The Crossroads Collection is an industrial campus consisting of four buildings totaling 405,000 sf. MDC's four facilities form a portion of Crossroads Business Park, a 250-acre, class A industrial park developed by Catellus Development Corp. It is located at the northeast quadrant of I-10 and I-15 Freeways between Fourth Street, Ontario Mills Parkway and Etiwanda Avenue.
