The Port Commission also reappointed Larry Paulson as the Executive Director, Lisa Lowe with Schwabe Williamson & Wyatt as Port Counsel, and Maggie Smith as Port Auditor.

Moser, a former reporter for the Oregonian before jumping the fence to public relations, is currently the Port's delegate to Washington Public Ports Association. He also represents the Port at Pacific Northwest Wasterways Association and Association of Pacific Ports.The Port of Vancouver has a three-member Board of Commissioners that set policy, direction, and approve all major expenditures.

Commissioners are elected to six-year terms of office by the voters in the port districts. Tom Bradley, a commissioner in the fifth year of his first term, will serve as Vice President. Arch Miller, who was reelected in 2001 to a third six-year term, holds the position of Secretary and was the President of the 2001 Board.
