The achievement for Top Industrial Sale was awarded to Craig Fordyce (SIOR, Colliers International) and Michael Rosendin (SIOR, Colliers International). The two brokers earned the award by selling a 10-building, 504,641 sf project for $108 million.
Greig Lagomarsino (Colliers International) earned the award for Top Industrial Lease for a long-term, 15-year lease of a single-tenant manufacturing building, which is valued at $24 million.
The Top Office Sale award was given to Craig Fordyce (SIOR, Colliers International) for selling an 119,433-sf office complex for $22 million.
The achievement for Top Office Lease was awarded to Jeff Nochimson (SIOR, Colliers International) for the lease of a 397,000-sf of office space to Synopsys in Mountain View. The price is confidential.
A Special Recognition Award was presented to Rick Woodward (SIOR, Commercial Real Estate Services) for the sale of 1,228 acres in Tracey, and to Jim McPhee (SIOR, Jones Lang LaSalle) for a lease renewal of 90,000-sf. in downtown Oakland for $54 million.
A Special Recognition Award was also presented to Frank Pipgras (SIOR, Aguer Pipgras Associates) for a 175,000-sf build-to-suit office project developed by Panattoni Development Company for $40 million.
A total of 34 transactions were submitted for this year's awards with an overall value well in excess of $7 million in completed commercial real estate transactions.
