This deal follows the earlier acquisition of the adjoining Opus 2--also developed by AXA REIM on behalf of Sun Life--where the council took occupation of in 2000. Agent Andrew MacLeod of BK, who advised Surrey County Council said: 'The acquisition marks the end of a search to establish a new office for the county's education department and follows on from other recent acquisitions by the council at the Omnibus Building in Reigate and Grosvenor House in Guildford.'.
