The $6.9 million multitenant project is owned by Atrium Lot II, a venture ofNewport National/Cornerstone and Buchanan Street Fund I.
Atrium II will encompass one three-story steel-frame building featuring a brickveneer and glass exterior and a three-story exterior stairway. Atrium IIwill complement the existing 29,574-sfAtrium I building located on theadjacent 1.69-acre lot.
Completion of the $2.7 million shell construction project is slated for thethird quarter of this year. Nadel Architects of San Diego is the projectarchitect.
