Tenants include Homebase; Boots; Curry's; JJB Sports; Holiday Hypermarket and Turleys. In the two latest lettings Argos is believed to have taken 10,000 sf on a 15-year lease at £25 ($36) per sf and Mamas & Papas 4,000 sf on a 15-year lease at £27.50 ($40) per sf.

The principal attractions of the scheme are its planning consent, location adjacent to a major Sainsbury's store and superb quality of catchment. The park has yet to reach its full potential and thus we anticipate it showing good levels of growth in the future.'
